The history is :
There used to be an old temple at the old age of 4 generations over for a long time. Since the Temple is ruins and not in good condition after monitoring temple’s brick construction method, and found that it is temple in Ayutthaya era and therefore believes that this temple should be a minimum age not less than 200-year-old. Because this temple is located along Khlong Yai, which is very low land that many groups of soil under a temple area to make the clay is soft, so easy-to-name “Wat –pa-choeng-lane”. Reconstruction has been made several times, but is not too long and building collapse, broken down on the other end and to be restored but no longer, thus leave it desolate, a hundred years.
In March, the temple has been found 2532 (1989) accidentally found in a large area of swamp grass where the temple is in the middle. Observed under a pile of bricks mixed with reeds and the other parts of the temple have sunk almost down to the canal, but the pagoda, which appears only at low tide. In fact, people can't do gardening for a long time, and it was flooding, so it relies on the temple area planted housing as a residential in the Canal. When the pave grassing the area to explore and the church is found in the remains of a pile of brick and wooden piles broken down to heap upon the wall as well as remains partially breaks through the wall of water just a little bit.
From the above scenario, the ideas and a strong intention to be reconstruction of the temple’s ruins must be done well.
